We wanted to understand why consumers are choosing Matcha over other traditional drinks, how culture and social media are influencing their choices and how Matcha’s perceived health benefits are pushing it onto supermarket shelves.
We also wanted to compare these insights with traditional coffee drinking habits, identifying what has led individuals to integrate Matcha into their daily routines over the king of caffeine.
Audience and Methodology
